With a legacy dating back to 1865, the Plasencia family has been cultivating cigar tobacco for generations, and 2011 was a standout year. To commemorate their 146th harvest, they crafted a brand featuring tobacco from that exceptional vintage. Cosecha 146 is a blend made entirely from Criollo '98 seed tobacco. The wrapper is sourced from the Jamastran Valley in Honduras, while the binder hails from Estelí, Nicaragua. The filler is a complex mix of Nicaraguan tobacco from Condega and Honduran tobacco from Olancho and the Jamastran Valley. Notably, the blend also includes some tobacco from the subsequent 2012 harvest, as the family's harvesting cycle often spans multiple years.
