Crafted in Nicaragua by the skilled Garcia family, it not only consistently impresses with its exceptional quality but also provides outstanding value, surpassing expectations given its retail price. Initially introduced by Ashton in 2003 with Honduran production, the brand underwent a significant change in 2009 when production was taken over by the Garcias. The following year saw the launch of Mi Amor, a line extension that marked new ground for Ashton with its Mexican wrapper, while retaining Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos grown on the Garcia family's numerous farms across the country. Produced at the My Father Cigars factory, Mi Amor adheres to the Garcias' traditional Cubanesque construction method, featuring two binders. The robust blend is expertly balanced in the Belicoso format, with its tapered head concentrating the flavors and accentuating the cigar's distinct character.
